This independent contributor role focuses on firm-wide compensation analysis, reporting and metrics, supported by strong Excel and Access skills. The position reports to the VP of Compensation and participates in year-end processes.
The role can be based in Boston or New York City and is a hybrid position requiring three days in the office. Candidates should have 2–3+ years in compensation and a degree.
