Frazer Jones Our client is a specialty global management consultancy who is hiring a Senior Recruiting Manager to lead hiring efforts across their high-growth divisions in the US. This role is an addition to the firm’s growing US Recruiting team and will support the Global Head of Recruiting with team leadership on the ground. It will manage a team of 4-5 recruiters and actively recruit, largely focused in senior/niche consulting hires across several practice areas.
The role is ideal for a recruiting professional with strong team management and relevant full life cycle experience in within consulting. It requires excellent communications and stakeholder management skills.
This is a growth environment with high caliber talent and a strong, welcoming culture. The firm is hybrid, 2-3 days in office in Midtown.
