Our client is a leading global investment firm with a strong reputation for innovation, performance, and a highly collaborative culture. They are seeking a Head of Americas HR to lead the people agenda across North America, partnering closely with senior business leaders and serving as a key member of the global HR team.
Reporting directly to the CHRO, this is a highly visible leadership role with broad regional ownership. You’ll lead a team of HR professionals while driving strategic and operational HR initiatives across the full employee lifecycle, including:
Employee relations and complex people matters
Leadership coaching and stakeholder partnership
Talent development and succession planning
Employee engagement and retention HR analytics and workforce insights
Onboarding and offboarding
Global HR projects and process improvement
This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on HR leader who enjoys operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and can balance strategic thinking with execution.
Key Requirements:
8+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within financial services
Proven experience partnering with senior leaders on complex people matters
Previous team management experience
Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, data-driven environment
Bachelor’s degree required
Workday experience is a plus
