No previous recruitment experience is required.

We'll provide the training, coaching, and tools you need to succeed.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll run a full recruitment desk
, developing relationships with both clients and candidates while building your own book of business.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Generating new business and developing client relationships
• Identifying new hiring opportunities
• Sourcing and engaging Data & AI professionals
• Managing candidates throughout the interview process
• Negotiating offers and closing placements
• Building your own client and candidate network
