Senior Manager Talent Acquisition - Creative & Product

Calvin Klein is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruiting for creative and product organizations. This role is based in New York, New York (onsite) and supports hiring across Design, Merchandising, Product Development, and related functions as business needs evolve.

In this position, you will partner closely with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners to shape recruiting strategies, build talent pipelines, and guide decisions from outreach through offer. You will also bring deep knowledge of the fashion and apparel talent landscape to proactively source and engage candidates, including passive talent.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners to understand business priorities, define talent needs, and develop recruitment strategies grounded in market insights and talent availability
• Own full-cycle searches across Design
  , Merchandising
  , Product Development
  , and other creative and product functions, while supporting corporate areas as priorities shift
• Use market understanding to identify relevant companies, emerging talent, and specialist capabilities through research, industry networks, and competitor mapping
• Source and engage passive talent through direct outreach, referrals, and industry relationships to build pipelines for current and future hiring
• Partner with leaders to evaluate functional expertise, creative and commercial capabilities, and alignment with business needs; support structured interviews, candidate calibration, and offer strategy in partnership with HR and Compensation
• Represent Calvin Klein and its opportunities with credibility and enthusiasm, delivering an engaging candidate experience from first contact through offer
• Use recruiting technology, data, and market intelligence to improve recruiting effectiveness, strengthen talent pipelines, and share expertise with recruiting colleagues

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate and/or search firm environment, including proven success hiring creative, design, merchandising, or product talent in fashion or apparel
• Strong knowledge of creative capabilities, talent pools, and competitive fashion landscape, with demonstrated success in proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and engaging passive candidates across career levels
• Ability to independently lead complex searches and act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, bringing business insight and influencing hiring decisions
• Ability to assess portfolios and creative projects, including functional expertise, product and category experience, and creative or commercial capabilities in partnership with hiring teams
• Excellent communication, sound judgment, and discretion, with the ability to build trusting relationships and represent the brands effectively in the talent market
• Collaborative, adaptable approach with confidence to lead through competing priorities in a fast-paced, global business
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and recruiting data; experience with Workday

• Knowledge of applicable employment laws and recruiting best practices; experience recruiting for global fashion brands, international markets, or premium apparel businesses is a plus

  USD 125, per year
