Line of Business: RMC About Us Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.

Support recruiting and hiring activities for open positions across assigned locations. Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and pre-employment processes. Maintain accurate hiring records and assist with onboarding activities for new hires. Partner with hiring managers to track staffing needs and hiring progress. Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and support.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with candidates, employees, and managers. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Detail-oriented approach with strong administrative and data management capabilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn HR and recruiting systems.

Work is primarily performed in an office environment with regular interaction with employees, candidates, and managers. Requires frequent computer use, phone communication, and administrative coordination. May involve occasional travel to support hiring events, onboarding, or workforce initiatives. Standard business hours with flexibility to meet recruiting and operational needs.
