Payward, the parent company behind Kraken, is seeking a HR (People) M&A Lead to own the people side of M&A end-to-end—from diligence through close and integration. Reporting to the CPO, this high-velocity role requires judgment and the ability to move quickly through data rooms with AI-assisted reviews.
You will build the DDQ, model compensation and retention structures, and coordinate with corp dev, legal, and finance to enable rapid, high-quality diligence and integration across global teams.
