Our client, a highly regarded boutique professional services firm, is seeking a part-time HR Business Partner to support its U.S. employee population. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on HR professional out of smaller financial or professional services environments, who enjoys partnering with leaders, enhancing the end to end employee experience, and driving efficient people processes in a collaborative, high‑performance environment.

You’ll play a crucial role in many aspects of the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, leave administration, performance management, HR operations, compliance, reporting, and HR projects. Working closely with leadership and global HR colleagues, you’ll help ensure a seamless and positive employee experience while supporting key business priorities.
What You’ll Bring- Strong HR generalist or HRBP experience supporting U.S.
-based employees from within a relevant setting - Solid knowledge of employment law, including New York regulations
- Experience managing employee relations, leave administration, and performance processes
- Ability and willingness to be very hands on, moving between more administrative to strategic aspects of the job daily.
- Strong HRIS and reporting skills
- Background in professional services, financial services, legal, consulting, or a similar client-service environment preferred
- Broad HR exposure and meaningful business partnership
