We are seeking an in-office NYC-based Marketing Manager who can execute at a high level, understands finance, DeFi, and stable coins in depth, and can turn that knowledge into measurable growth. This is a hands-on role where you will plan, create, and manage campaigns across multiple platforms while maintaining the trust and voice of our community.

• Plan, create, and manage multi-platform campaigns with a focus on growth.
• Maintain the trust and voice of our community across channels.

• Deep understanding of finance, DeFi, and stable coins, with product-level expertise
• Ability to design and run social campaigns across X, Linked In, and Farcaster
• Proven ability to execute independently and quickly earn trust within a team
• Strong content writer who can produce original material without AI, using AI only for speed and enhancement
• Experienced community manager comfortable leading English- and Chinese-speaking moderators
• Meticulous planner with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficiency in SEO, including LLM-driven SEO, with the ability to scale content for Reddit and other channels
• Familiarity with automation workflows such as n8n or Zapier
• Ability to create or direct high-quality short-form video content
• Strong grasp of analytics and backend tools including Google Analytics, Cookie3, and Ahrefs

This role is for someone who takes initiative, spots opportunities, and drives projects from concept to execution. We need a marketer who combines strategic thinking with operational precision and can turn campaigns into sustained growth.
