We’re hiring across Business Development leadership roles—including Head of BD, VP of BD, and senior BD leads—for companies simplifying multi-chain DeFi, scaling L1/L2 infrastructure, building crypto‑powered financial platforms, and reimagining on‑chain consumer experiences. These teams are building unified APIs, liquidity layers, and interoperability solutions that bridge traditional finance and decentralized systems.

• 8–12+ years in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales, ideally with exposure to developer‑first or API‑driven products.
• Deep understanding of crypto market structure: cross‑chain infrastructure, DeFi protocols, wallets, L1/L2s, or blockchain data and compliance layers.
• Proven record of sourcing, structuring, and closing complex commercial deals across fintech, Trad Fi, exchanges, wallets, aggregators, and infrastructure providers.
• CRM rigor and forecasting discipline; proficiency with Hub Spot or Salesforce.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of building commercial narratives, pricing models, and strategic proposals.
• High‑EQ relationship builder with credibility among technical and executive audiences.
• Self‑starter with operational discipline; thrives in fast‑moving, cross‑functional environments.

• Strategic Ownership:
  Define and execute go‑to‑market or partnership strategies across verticals such as fintech, exchanges, wallets, institutions, or developer ecosystems.
• Pipeline Development:
  Build and manage a qualified pipeline across crypto‑native and adjacent markets; prioritize integrations and partnerships with measurable outcomes.
• Ecosystem Engagement:
  Leverage existing relationships and stay current on emerging protocols, regulatory shifts, and partner opportunities.
• Solution Leadership:
  Translate technical infrastructure (e.g. APIs, liquidity routing, custody) into business value for enterprise or institutional clients.
• Cross‑Functional Execution:
  Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, operations, and legal teams to ensure aligned delivery and partner success.
• Market Evangelism:
  Represent the company at events, panels, and meetups; contribute to content and thought leadership efforts.
• Commercial Management:
  Lead negotiations and contracting, maintain forecast accuracy, and share structured market feedback internally.
• Team Growth:
  As teams expand, develop playbooks and lead additional BD professionals.
