The Opportunity

We’re hiring aBilling Managerto support AR, AP and billing functions. You'll work closely with leadership to ensure clean processes, prompt payments, and a highly professional experience for our customers. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and excited about using technology and automation to drive results. This is a full-time role, in New York City.

Responsibilities:

• Managecollections and AR processfrom outreach to resolution
• Maintaining ourcentralized systemfor tracking billing correspondence and payment statuses
• Communicate with clients in a professional, timely, and thoughtful manner regarding invoices
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, operations) to ensure clarity and consistency on scopes, billing terms, compliance guidelines, purchase orders, accruals
• Supporting forecasting, reconciliation and revenue recognition
• Propose and implementtech-enabled efficienciesusing automation tools

What You Bring:

• 3–5+ years of experiencein B2B, or legal billing, handling accounts receivable, invoicing, credit & collections
• Strong communication and follow-up skills; you’re persuasive without being pushy
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in with managing external platforms such as:
  Coupa, Zip, Simple Legal, Bright Flag, , Airbase, Tipalti, Quickbooks
• Interest in using AI and automation to enhance workflow
• Self-starter who can manage priorities independently
