About The Team

This is a newly established team with a bold mandate: to create the most captivating, high-quality content in the industry. We believe content should do more than inform — it should inspire. While most tech companies produce generic, checkbox content, we see a massive opportunity to stand out by telling stories that resonate deeply and elevate the human spirit. From thoughtful written pieces to cinematic video, this team exists to make people feel something — and remember us because of it.

What You Will Do

If the team description above excites you, this is your opportunity to lead it from the ground up. You’ll define and execute our entire content strategy — from short- and long-form editorial to video and in-person storytelling — working directly with leadership and world-class external talent, with the chance to build the best content team in the world. You will:

  • Lead the development of innovative content formats — with a focus on long-form video and written storytelling — that captivate, inspire, and push beyond traditional content marketing
  • Build and manage a content calendar, aligning production and release cadences with product launches, business goals, and market trends
  • Recruit, manage, and collaborate with world-class creative talent — both in-house and external — to bring bold ideas to life
  • Define and track clear performance metrics to measure the reach, quality, and impact of our content across channels and audiences
  • Operate with creative rigor and startup scrappiness — from producing polished, cinematic work to fixing small-but-critical details without hesitation
  • Work within flexible timelines and budgets, always optimizing for excellence
You Should Meet The Following Requirements

  • Based in New York City, or willing to relocate
  • 3+ years of experience leading creative teams at a product company or creative agency
  • A proven track record of identifying, recruiting, and working with exceptional creative talent
  • Strong project management skills — you keep plans clear, timelines on track, and everyone aligned
  • Hands-on experience producing or contributing to high-quality video content, with examples to show
  • A rare blend of creative instinct and analytical thinking — you believe the best creative work is born from discipline, perseverance, and a high sense of ownership
  • Strong understanding of the startup landscape and how modern companies are structured, operate, and scale
