Vistrada is seeking a highly motivated and experienced CMMC Consultant to join our growing security team and work with our clients.

Provides expert guidance to clients on achieving CMMC compliance. Conducts gap analyses, develops remediation plans, and supports implementation efforts.

• Provide expert guidance to clients on achieving CMMC compliance.
• Conduct gap analyses to identify compliance shortfalls.
• Develop remediation plans and support implementation efforts.
• Engage with clients to communicate findings, risks, and remediation strategies.

• Certification as a CMMC Registered Practitioner (RP) or higher. CCP CMMC Certified Professional.
• Extensive knowledge of CMMC practices, NIST 800-171, and related frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001).
• At least 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, compliance consulting, or a related field.
• Proven ability to conduct gap analyses, remediation planning, and implementation advisory.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with clients and explain technical concepts clearly.

• Certifications:
  
  Many roles will require certifications such as CMMC Professional/Assessor, CISSP, CISA, or Security+.
• Clearances:
  Depending on client needs, certain positions may require U.S. government security clearances.
