We’re looking for someone who loves digging into social media conversations to uncover what people are really saying about brands, products, movies and talent. As a Manager on our Social Research team you will play a hands‑on role in helping clients across industries understand the conversations about their brands and audiences. In this role, you’ll blend client engagement with research and reporting — analyzing social data, uncovering insights, and ensuring clients receive responsive, high‑quality support.

You’ll also collaborate with colleagues across Market Cast to integrate social insights into brand tracking, sponsorship and custom research projects. It’s a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for understanding consumer behavior and who can turn complex social data into clear, actionable stories.

In This Role You Will

• Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction through timely communication and responsive support.

• Anticipate client needs by applying knowledge of their business and context to deliverables and recommendations.

• Analyze social media conversation (volume, sentiment, themes, personas, sample comments) and synthesize findings into actionable insights, leveraging quantitative and qualitative analysis to craft compelling narratives.

• Ensure deliverables are accurate, on time, and aligned with client objectives.

• Maintain high standards for data accuracy, interpretation, and presentation.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing recurring deliverables with ad‑hoc requests.

• Collaborate with Directors on complex or strategic client needs while independently handling day‑to‑day execution.

• Apply strong organizational skills to prioritize and adapt to changing needs.

It’ll Be Helpful If You Have
  • 3–5+ years’ experience in social analytics, market research, marketing/communications, or related roles.
  • Client service/account management experience.
  • Solid working knowledge of major social media platforms and social listening tools (e.g., Meltwater, Talkwalker, Brandwatch, or similar).
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize large volumes of unstructured social data.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Organized & responsive, and able to thrive in a quick‑turn environment.
  • Interest in and familiarity with entertainment and media trends preferred.
