Senior Manager/Technical Business Analyst – IT Resource Solutions
Location: Hybrid (NYC)
The Pitch: A Technical BA to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, responsible for defining and managing all project requirements.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead workshops to elicit detailed requirements for the data center and NOC.
- Author and manage the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
- Translate requirements into testable acceptance criteria for the QA team.
Must-Have
Qualifications:
- 7+ years as a Technical Business Analyst.
- Must have experience on IT infrastructure projects (data center, network, or cloud), not solely software projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience working in a public sector environment; excellent technical writing and facilitation skills.
