Primary responsibilities of the candidate will be :

• UAT Planning - Create Test Plan, Test Scenarios, Test cases and obtain signoff on the Testcase from Business users and Application SMEs. Socialize the UAT plan with all stakeholders.
• UAT Execution - Identify Test bed with help of the business users, SMEs and technical teams. Execution of UAT testcases with help of Business teams
• Defect Logging - Log UAT Defects, triage and close after defects are fixed, conduct daily UAT execution status
• Send regular status reports on projects in the UAT phase

The candidate must have :

• A strong communication skill is a MUST as this role will be facing all business areas of the bank
• Strong background in banking applications
• Excellent writing skills to create UAT documentation
• A strong understanding of core & commercial baking products, services and processes
• 5-8 years' experience in banking and financial services
• 2+ years working as a Jr Business Analyst in banking or related fields
• Follow instructions to laid out and execute tasks as directed, ensuring compliance with established procedures and policies
• Familiarity with banking systems and technologies, including Core banking system, ACH/Wire payment processing, risk management, and compliance
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people, engaging with stakeholders to capture and prioritize business needs
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Critical thinking and decision-making skills to evaluate alternatives and make recommendations
