Our client is a fast-growing eCommerce email marketing agency that helps brands drive more revenue through strategic, design-driven email flows and campaigns. They work primarily with lifestyle, fashion, and consumer brands helping them unlock additional 20
-40% of their online revenue through optimized Klaviyo systems, data-backed strategies, and creative copy. The team values initiative, ownership, and continuous improvement. Every account is managed with precision, creativity, and a strong performance mindset.
As an Account Manager
, you ll own the success of multiple client accounts inside Klaviyo ensuring they re consistently optimized, performing, and improving month after month. You ll write and manage high-converting email campaigns, oversee design briefs, coordinate with the creative team, and communicate directly with clients about progress, performance, and next steps.
Your mission is simple:
drive more revenue for our clients through email and make the process smooth, clear, and proactive.
- Manage client Klaviyo accounts on a day-to-day basis.
- Write or prompt AI to generate first-draft email copy using internal frameworks.
- Create briefs for designers and coordinate campaign production (via Figma).
- Schedule and launch campaigns in Klaviyo (subject lines, preview text, A/B tests, etc.).
- Implement and split-test new flow emails (typically 55 new flow emails per client).
- Build and maintain monthly content calendars (holidays, promos, launches, etc.).
- Monitor and log split-test results to identify performance trends.
- Prepare and send weekly + monthly performance reports to clients.
- Communicate regularly with the design and strategy teams to ensure deliverables are on track.
- Handle all client communication via Slack, providing proactive updates and insights.
- 2+ years of experience managing multiple DTC client accounts using Klaviyo in an agency setting.
- AI Prompting & Research Skills Base-level understanding of how to use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and similar AI platforms to ideate, research, and optimize email copy.
- Critical Thinking & Problem Solving Able to analyze data, identify weak points, and propose new ideas to improve performance.
- Strong Communication Clear, transparent updates to both clients and internal teams.
- Attention to Detail Review every campaign for accuracy, quality, and alignment with client voice.
- Ownership & Initiative Always looking for ways to get better results for clients.

- Compensation: $3000 - 3500/month (USD, depending on experience)
- Work Setup: 100% remote
- Schedule: Flexible working hours as long as daily tasks are completed, you manage your time.
- Availability: Expected to be responsive on Slack, 9am - 5pm EST, Monday - Friday.
