- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position as a business/system analyst in IT projects
- Experience working with data warehouses
- Highly developed analytical skills
- Knowledge of UML (Unified Modeling Language) and BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
- Knowledge of database concepts and the SQL language
- Familiarity with business requirements gathering for IT projects, business environment and process modeling, and software engineering
- Ability to create project documentation
- Participation in Business Intelligence system development projects as a reporting/data analyst, and in data warehouse development projects as a business/system analyst
- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
- Proposing and consulting business solutions
- Reporting specification
- Data warehouse modeling
- Preparation of data mappings
- Support in testing activities
- Active collaboration with the project team and acting as an intermediary between the development team and client representatives
