Business Analyst/Product Manager

Contract

Pay Range: $68.60/hr - $98.00/hr

Collaborate with product and technology teams to understand requirements and delivery mechanisms.

Develop and execute test plans and scripts to validate new functionalities.

Participate in end-to-end testing across various applications.

Document and communicate bugs to the development team for resolution.

Engage regularly with product managers, operations, and development teams throughout project stages.

• Responsibilities may expand to include additional duties as needed.
• Liaise with teams to understand batch file formats and local clearing requirements.
• Write and execute test plans and scripts.
• Conduct end-to-end testing with relevant teams.
• Log bugs and communicate with development teams for issue resolution.
• Communicate regularly with product managers and other teams.

• 7-10 years of experience in financial services, particularly in FX/Payments or related fields.
• Ability to design simple business workflows adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of payment business models and SWIFT message types is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team‑oriented environment.
