Your role as a Junior Business Consultant HR Best Practice

With our software, companies save hundreds of hours every year in HR administration. Employees enjoy more comfort and security in their daily work. Your part in this: You’ll advise our customers during implementation and support them with service requests.

Porsche, Edeka, WWF, Lufthansa Star Alliance, the German Red Cross, the Munich Security Conference and many other customers count on your support. Are you ready?

This is how we work

• In the Hubdrive Academy we’ll complete your knowledge and turn you into a true Hubdriver.
• You’ll support customer projects during implementation and help with standard-based setups. You’ll also review concepts and project plans.
• Together with an experienced colleague, you’ll analyze and evaluate technical issues and develop suggestions to fix them.
• You’ll train our implementation partners on how to use the software and teach them our best practice implementation.
• Together with an experienced colleague, you’ll check the implementation partner’s work, give feedback on configurations, data migration and interfaces, and make sure customer requirements are met.
• You’ll analyze reported issues, forward bugs and feature requests to developers and product management, and handle customer inquiries about technical problems.
• You’ll help create technical guides and training materials and document solutions and best practices.
