• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client relations
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience with enterprise software implementation and client onboarding
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of AI technology and smart city solutions preferred
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• CRM and project management software proficiency

• Manage post-sale relationships with Ekin's enterprise and government clients
• Oversee client onboarding, training, and solution deployment processes
• Ensure successful implementation of Ekin's AI solutions and maximize client value
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve client issues and optimize performance
• Conduct regular client health checks and satisfaction assessments
• Identify expansion opportunities and coordinate with sales teams
• Develop client success metrics and reporting dashboards
• Create and maintain client documentation and training materials
• Serve as primary point of contact for escalated client concerns
