Type: Contract (long-term, full-time)

Location: Remote (must be able to work PST hours, until 4PM PST at least)

Our client is a leading company in the IT operations and incident management space, providing a platform for automation, monitoring, and system reliability, is now looking for a Solutions / Integration Engineer to implement and optimize integrations across enterprise systems. This role focuses on connecting multiple platforms, validating and normalizing JSON payloads, and troubleshooting integration flows—not building product features.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Connect and integrate external systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven flows.
• Validate, map, and transform JSON payloads for consistent data ingestion.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, VPNs, firewalls, and monitoring pipelines.
• Collaborate with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from POC to live deployment.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping teams adopt the platform, expand use-cases, and achieve operational goals.
• Present and influence technical and executive stakeholders on how integrations drive operational resilience and digital transformation.

Requirements

• Experience in integration, solution engineering, or API implementation.
• Hands‑on scripting in Node.js, Python, or similar for lightweight integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and consultative mindset.
• Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Cloud Watch, Datadog).
