Overview
We’re looking for a digitally minded, trend-aware Web Experience and Omnichannel Insights Specialist to support the ongoing evolution of LaCroix’s digital presence. This role is responsible for keeping our website fresh, relevant, and inspired by what is happening across the beverage landscape, retail environment, and broader online culture.
You’ll track trends, analyze competitor activity, and identify opportunities to improve our website and content. Shopper marketing is also part of the role, serving as a complementary function to gather visual insights, retail learnings, and real world inspiration that help shape our digital strategies.
This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, curious, and comfortable connecting what they see online and in stores to actionable recommendations for site updates and brand storytelling.
Responsibilities Web and Digital Experience (Primary)- Recommend updates and enhancements for the LaCroix website based on digital trends, competitor activity, user experience patterns, and cultural moments
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to support content updates, product information, visuals, and improvements to the site experience
- Track performance of site pages and identify opportunities to optimize how we present flavors, campaigns, and brand stories
- Maintain a running log of digital inspiration, e-commerce patterns, and category best practices for internal use
- Support creation of digital toolkits, landing pages, and content updates tied to flavor launches, campaigns, and tentpole moments
- Monitor beverage competitors across web, social, and e-commerce
- Track cultural, design, and digital expressions trending in the beverage, wellness, and lifestyle categories
- Compile monthly retail and digital trend reports for leadership
- Provide recommendations on how LaCroix can incorporate insights into digital creative, site updates, and retail consistency
- Support shopper marketing programs as needed by coordinating asset requests and gathering retailer-specific requirements
- Maintain a visual database of retail photos, displays, POS, and digital retail content
- Track shopper activations and connect real world visibility to opportunities for digital storytelling
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, web experience, e-commerce, or shopper marketing (CPG preferred)
- Strong understanding of web trends, digital UX, and category competitive landscapes
- Highly organized with an ability to translate research and trends into actionable creative insights
- Comfortable partnering with design teams, web agencies, and internal stakeholders
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and familiar with CMS and digital asset systems
