Location: Town of Poland
We are looking for an experienced BI Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team and strengthen our data capabilities. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable data models, pipelines, and dashboards with Tableau that support decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with teams across the business to provide actionable insights on strategic, tactical and operational level.
Your position in our team- Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards in Tableau for internal stakeholders
- Develop and optimize data models and transformations using Amazon Redshift and dbt
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust data solutions
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across our analytics environment
- Implement best practices for data governance, documentation, and version control
- Support ad-hoc analysis and provide expertise on data accessibility and interpretation
- Monitor BI platform performance and optimize existing solutions where needed
- 3+ years of experience as a BI Engineer (m/f/d), Data Engineer (m/f/d), or Analytics Engineer (m/f/d)
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience in the B2B software or SaaS industry
- Extensive hands‑on experience with Tableau (dashboard design, calculations, visualization best practices)
- Solid knowledge of Amazon Redshift or similar cloud‑based data warehouses
- Preferable experience with dbt for transformations and analytics engineering workflow
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with data modeling concepts (star schema, dimensional modeling)
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of Python or data pipeline orchestration tools
- Familiarity with AWS services
- Experience supporting business teams in a SaaS environment
- Experience with Git‑based workflows is a plus
