Summary
Responsible for overall control of equipment returned by TTM/Telephonics' customers for repair and/or modification from receipt through shipping for assigned projects or product lines.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Learn and transacts Oracle NYR basic functions
- Determine warranty or non-warranty status of returned equipment and prepare work order to authorize repair and/or modification
- Move assigned product from workstation to workstation as necessary through entire repair process
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance to prioritize workflow within area
- Expedite repairs and material through receiving and shipping
- Interface with internal customers to provide status of repairs
- Analyze engineering change notices and determine impact to assigned products, order material as necessary
- Responsible for job progress to schedules, reporting of status and removal of bottlenecks
- Coordinate with Program Management and Service Management to determine priorities and set priorities based on available resources, schedule needs and customer demands
- Monitor entire repair process, expedite operations that delay schedules and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions
- Request Purchase Requisition s to procure required repair parts or return equipment to subcontractors for repair; track performance and expedite completion
- Interface with internal customers to provide status of repairs and projected delivery
- Attend status meetings with internal customers and report out on assigned products
- Obtain and provide inputs to Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) System, if applicable to assigned products
- All above tasks performed under supervisory guidance and direction
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma, associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
- 1-3 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of PC's and various software
- Ability to interact with varying levels of management, subordinates, co-workers and customers as needed
- Ability to review and interpret Engineering documentation, Bills of Material and Product Change Notices (PCNs) to understand how they affect changes to their assigned products (e.g. affectivity of changes)

Compensation range $46,199 - $73,024. Additional compensation: annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for shift premium based on assigned shift and location.
Export StatementMust comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of foreign visitors by badge differentiation;
c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
