Manager, Software Product Development, M&A Strategy

• Perform rapid assessments of technology companies and their product and technology assets and strategy
• Lead teams of consultants executing engagements on tight timelines and with high visibility from clients and internal leaders
• Develop technology and process improvements, mentor team members to increase efficiency and the quality of offerings
• Create thought leadership reports and presentations to raise the profile of offerings and attract interest from external and internal parties
• Join sales pursuits by developing pitch material and presenting to prospective customers
• Handle the highest level of confidential information while managing multiple and competing tasks. Exercise considerable discretion and independent judgment in decision-making and procedures

• Minimum five years of combined professional experience in a consulting firm, or industry with specific experience in technical software product development and business strategy; M&A preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Technical experience includes foundational software architecture, software engineering experience with a scaled, fast-growing technology business, knowledge of AI-coding tools, AI and ML features, Low-code/No-code tools
• Strategic experience in consulting and business around technology or strategy, product management or product strategy, evaluation of technology deals in private equity or corporate development; ability to lead projects with a consulting mindset and strong communication of complex concepts
• Willingness and ability to travel. Expectation is 1 week per month or fewer, but more travel may be required based on client and firm needs
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future
