Sharepoint​/Powerapps Developer

Prismarq LLC is seeking a talented and motivated SharePoint & Power Apps Developer to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online to enhance collaboration, automate business processes, and improve overall efficiency across the organization. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective and user-friendly applications and solutions.

• Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps) to address specific business requirements.
• Create and manage automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline processes and improve productivity.
• Develop and customize SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and pages to facilitate collaboration and information sharing.
• Build and maintain custom web parts and extensions using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and other relevant technologies.
• Integrate Power BI reports and dashboards within Power Apps and SharePoint to provide data-driven insights.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to design effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other IT team members throughout the development lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions, including design specifications, user guides, and deployment instructions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint and Power Apps related issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the functionality and reliability of developed solutions.
• Assist in the migration of data and processes to SharePoint Online and the Power Platform as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices for development and security.
• Potentially train end-users on new applications and functionalities.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in developing and administering SharePoint solutions (preferably SharePoint Online).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven).
• Proficiency in creating and managing workflows with Microsoft Power Automate.
• Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development, including React or similar JavaScript frameworks (preferred).
• Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, content management, and security principles.
• Experience integrating data from various sources using Common Data Service (Dataverse) and connectors.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and data integration techniques.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and reporting (a plus).
• Knowledge of related Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, One Drive, and Azure (beneficial).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality and user-friendly solutions.

• Experience with scripting languages such as Power Shell.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles for application development.
• Experience with database concepts and SQL.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform or SharePoint.
