We’re seeking a Senior Engineer to lead our Projects Team
—a technical “Swiss Army Knife” who is just as comfortable building out infrastructure as they are designing secure networks. This is a hands-on role leading migrations, deployments, and high-impact initiatives across cloud and on-prem environments. If you enjoy variety, challenge, and taking ownership from start to finish, this role is for you.

• Lead cloud migration projects (Azure, M365, G-Suite).
• Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows Servers and virtual environments (Hyper-V & VMware).
• Plan and execute infrastructure buildouts for SMB clients.
• Design and optimize customer networks with Fortinet and Meraki firewalls, switches, and wireless solutions.
• Implement and manage security policies, VPNs, and monitoring tools.
• Troubleshoot and migrate SharePoint and other collaboration platforms.
• Serve as a senior escalation point, guiding the projects team through complex deployments.

• Strong networking skills, including VLANs, routing, NAT, and Layer 2/3 fundamentals.
• Proven experience deploying and managing Fortinet and Meraki firewalls/switches.
• Solid grasp of networking/security protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, IPsec, SSL/TLS, ACLs.
• Comfort with both cloud and on-prem environments.
• Ability to manage projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.
