About the Role:

The Quality Assurance (QA) role is crucial in ensuring that our business services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This position involves developing and implementing testing strategies to identify defects and ensure that our services function as intended. The QA professional will collaborate closely with development teams to understand product requirements and provide feedback for continuous improvement. By conducting thorough testing and analysis, the QA will help to enhance user satisfaction and maintain our reputation for excellence.

Ultimately, the goal of this role is to deliver flawless services that meet client expectations and drive business success.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software quality assurance and testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Perform regression testing and ensure that new features do not adversely affect existing functionality.
• Provide detailed reports on testing outcomes and suggest improvements based on findings.
