Contract-to-Hire - W2 only. New York based.

We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer with strong data engineering and organizational skills to join a B2B Payments client. Ideal candidates will have 7–10 years of experience with Tableau Desktop, Pulse, and Prep (Flow), plus expertise in data modeling and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance Tableau dashboards and visualizations
• Clean and prepare data with Tableau Prep (Flow)
• Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable dashboards
• Enforce reporting standards and governance
• Design ETL workflows to ingest/transform data into Snowflake
• Ensure reporting accuracy and prevent data duplication
• Document data sources, transformations, and dashboard logic
• Align reporting practices with enterprise data architecture

Required Qualifications

• 5–7 years in SSRS reporting
• Advanced Tableau Desktop skills
• Proficient in Tableau Pulse and Prep (Flow)
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge
• Experience with Snowflake or similar platforms
• Familiarity with ETL tools and pipelines
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of data governance and reporting accuracy
• Experience in Fintech or payments industry
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in payments, fraud, operations, or finance metrics
• Experience with data cataloging or metadata tools
• Exposure to agile development and data product lifecycle
