NOC Engineer – New York (24x7 Operations)

This role offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, operations‑driven environment, working with industry-leading tools and technologies to support a world‑class infrastructure within a market‑leading firm.

• Monitor and maintain network and system performance to ensure maximum uptime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Perform proactive maintenance, incident response, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex issues.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and document all work within the ticketing system.

• 5+ years’ experience in NOC, network operations, or infrastructure support.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco switches and routers, VMware, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
• Experience in environment monitoring, VPN management, and patch management.
• Background in system administration (AD, Exchange Server, O365) preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shift patterns, including possible overnight hours (e.g., 7pm–7am).
