The Technical Solutions Consulting team is a key pillar of the Technical Services function within Triple Lift’s R&D organization. We utilize knowledge of business objectives and technical environment to optimize existing connections and activity on the Triple Lift exchange.

The Lead Technical Solutions Consultant, Supply will report into the Director of Technical Solutions Consulting. This exciting hybrid role will be responsible for the technical success of Triple Lift’s supply source integrations and play a critical part in the execution of various supply initiatives on the exchange. You’ll be deploying your consultative, analytical and technical chops to identify areas of opportunity and work with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.

• Partner with Director to refine the vision and operating model for the TSC Supply function
• Provide best-in-class technical support to supply source partners, owning and nurturing relationships with POCs
• Identify relevant KPIs to measure supply source health across the Triple Lift exchange; implement tools and processes to track them
• Maintain feedback loop with publisher & DSP teams to drive marketplace efficiency
• Provide L2 technical support for complex supply issues escalated by publisher teams; educate and train publisher teams on technical best practices
• Where needed, participate in meetings and QBRs with strategic publisher clients to consult on high-value technical initiatives
• Act as a bridge between commercial and technical teams; understand and communicate dependencies, opportunities and risks that supply initiatives have on our publisher partners and exchange infrastructure
• Proactively surface opportunities to improve exchange liquidity; work closely with Product & Data Science teams to help inform the exchange roadmap
• Stay on top of industry trends and engage in the Prebid community alongside other Product and R&D stakeholders

• 7+ years of online advertising experience in a technical consultant / services role
• Demonstrated service-driven mindset that promotes partner needs
• Expertise with fundamental web technologies (HTML, CSS, Java script), RTB flows, header bidding solutions (Prebid) and ad serving systems (G)
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong quantitative skills, including experience with statistics and analyzing marketplaces
• Expertise with data stores (SQL) and data exploration tools such as Excel or iPython
• Strong systems-thinking capacity
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to drive the business forward
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including conveying technical concepts to various audiences
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Triple Lift US salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of Triple Lift’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region‑specific benefits.
