We're looking for an Editorial Lead to define and execute Lang Chain's content strategy across our blog, thought leadership initiatives, and email programs. In this role, you'll own the content roadmap that drives organic web traffic, positions Lang Chain as the definitive voice in the agent ecosystem, and guides developers from awareness to adoption. You'll set the strategic direction for our editorial efforts while ensuring every piece of content that goes out reflects the technical excellence and quality our developer community expects.

This is a high-impact role where you'll shape how millions of developers discover and engage with Lang Chain. You'll develop content frameworks that scale across our education, engineering, product, and marketing teams, identifying the stories that matter most to our audience and the channels that drive measurable business impact. You need to be both strategic and hands‑on. You'll develop our content positioning and editorial strategy, write and edit high‑impact pieces, partner with our SEO firm to drive optimization initiatives, craft our monthly newsletter, partner with demand‑gen on multi‑media campaigns, lead the creation of industry‑defining reports like our State of Agents publication, and set quality standards for all outbound content. You're excited about using AI to improve content quality and efficiency.

• Define content strategy and roadmap:
  Develop and execute the strategic vision for Lang Chain's content, identifying key themes, audience segments, and content opportunities that drive business goals. Own the long‑term editorial strategy that positions Lang Chain as the thought leader in the agent engineering space.
• Write and edit high‑impact content:
  Create and edit blog posts, thought leadership pieces, industry reports, and other long‑form content that resonates with developers and technical decision‑makers while maintaining Lang Chain's voice and high quality standards.
• Lead flagship content initiatives:
  Own and execute our monthly newsletter and industry‑defining thought leadership pieces like the State of Agents report, working with internal subject‑matter experts to create authoritative, data‑driven content that shapes industry conversation.
• Manage the campaign calendar:
  Lead strategic, cross‑functional launch planning for new product rollouts and developer campaigns in collaboration with product, engineering, education, and other marketing team members. Ensure content strategy aligns with business priorities.
• Own blog performance:
  Drive organic web traffic growth through great content. Own blog metrics including traffic, engagement, and conversion.
• Expand SEO & AEO investments:
  Strengthen our SEO program by collaborating with our SEO agency to shape strategy, identify high‑impact opportunities, and turn those insights into prioritized content initiatives.
