What You’ll Do- Collaborate with product to identify business requirements across various business lines.
- Work with key technology partners to deliver on business requirements, which may include establishing new payment rails, digital platform enhancements, etc.
- Build out roadmaps with partners and ensure they adhere to deliverables.
- Serve as a key link between business units, product, client success, tech departments, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
- Help with new partner evaluations, especially Tier 2 and below, conducting primary and secondary research.
- Manage spend forecasts and budgets.
- Support mid‑to‑high severity production issue resolution with key technology partners.
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities and drive efficiencies across the bank.
- Explore revenue‑driving opportunities via new billable products, partner marketplaces, etc.
- Negotiate contracts with new technology partners.
- Support project teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions and project goals.
- Assess business and industry trends via market research.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience in a partnerships, product, or go‑to‑market role, preferably within banking or fintech.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding targets and driving measurable results.
