The Director of Identity and Access Management (IAM) will be responsible for leading a team and representing the stakeholders interests. It involves making strategic decisions on the direction that the organization's IAM products will take, defining a roadmap and overseeing the development and deployment of solutions.

This position will require someone with a strong understanding of IAM frameworks and experience in long term strategic decision making.

• Develop and oversee the implementation of strategy for IAM products
• Develop identity governance framework to secure and standardize identity and access management
• Collaborates with IT and business leaders on roadmap development, ensuring alignment of goals
• Works hand in hand with the Lead Security Architects
• Operations and Lead IAM Engineering and User experience
• Ensure the successful delivery of new developments, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance of IAM products
• Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to the IAM teams
• Manage and report on performance of IAM teams; set appropriate performance objectives for direct reports and hold them accountable for achieving these

• Solid understanding of enterprise IAM capabilities including Access Provisioning, and Access Governance.
• Deep understanding of Identity Access Governance solutions.
• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management solutions (SailPoint Identity
  
  IQ, Identity Now, Saviynt, Ping, Entra .)
• 5+ years of people leadership experience managing teams with 20+ team members.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in identity and access management
