Position Overview

The Ralph Lauren E-Commerce Merchandising Operations team is looking for an enthusiastic and data‑driven individual to join our team of e-commerce professionals focused on building a world‑class online customer experience.

The successful Site Merchandising Associate will help analyze and optimize ’s online merchandising by having a detail‑oriented approach and a genuine interest in understanding what drives customers to buy. He/she/they will make customer‑facing decisions about how to merchandise products in the Ralph Lauren portfolio and serve as go‑to person for insight on the customer experience, working cross‑functionally with Marketing, Buying, Project Management, Creative and Technology.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze site metrics, customer feedback and other related data to identify opportunities to improve conversion rate and drive revenue growth across product categories
  • Ensure customer experiences is seamless throughout the funnel through set‑up and maintenance of product pages, category pages, cross‑sels and more throughout the seasons
  • Work cross‑functionally, especially with Buying and Marketing teams, to relentlessly maintain solid understanding of brand priorities and ever‑changing product assortment to deliver engaging, visual merchandising on site
  • Assist with A/B testing set‑up and execution to continuously understand customer behavior on‑site
  • Strategize and implement sorting rules changes on category pages to improve the customers shopping journey
  • Execute and support strategy of Product Recommendations on product pages such as Complete the Look
  • Work closely with Site Content team to support brand storytelling on site by tracking products featured in content
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
  • Passion for the Ralph Lauren customer with a strong interest in understanding and driving user behavior
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager preferred
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Adobe Analytics preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to be flexible and pivot across multiple tasks as necessary
