Senior Product Designer

Full-time, on-site in Dumbo, Brooklyn (5 days in office)

Salary range: $140K to $200K

This role offers the chance to join a rapidly growing fintech startup building modern financial tools for contractors, manufacturers, and shippers. You’ll work directly with complex financial workflows and help define an entirely new product category from the ground up.

This is a founding designer opportunity where you will own the full product experience end to end. You will transform multi hour financial workflows into simple, elegant user experiences, set the design quality bar across the organization, and build the design system and internal processes from scratch. • 5+ years as an individual contributor Product Designer
• Strong portfolio showing exceptional design craft and shipped products with measurable outcomes
• Experience owning end to end design from roadmap to QA
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems and operate with high agency
• Strong references

• Education in art, design, computer science, or similar
• Ability to write React or CSS
• Experience designing fintech or financial workflow tools

100 percent product design focused, starting with web and expanding to mobile over time.

• 80 percent hands on design and UX/UI
• 10 percent strategy and roadmap planning
• 10 percent collaboration with founders and engineering
