** passionate about building innovative data solutions. In this role, you’ll design and maintain products that power dentsu’s B2B marketing vision using cutting-edge cloud technologies. You’ll collaborate with a team that values creativity, problem-solving, and delivering real business impact.
** What You’ll Do
*** Lead project initiatives and foster collaboration across teams.
* Mentor and support engineers as they grow in their careers.
* Partner with stakeholders—Product, Data, Design, and Executive teams—to solve technical challenges and strengthen data infrastructure.
* Build and optimize data pipelines and monthly data assets.
* Coordinate with other teams to ensure seamless data sharing.
* Communicate clearly and document processes for both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Research and introduce new technologies, including Snowflake Native App development.
* Use Agile practices and AI tools to deliver features quickly and effectively.
* Apply best practices throughout the development lifecycle: design, implement, test, review, and deploy using CI/CD.
* Participate in quality assurance, automated testing, and on-call support.
* Help onboard clients and collaborate with client solution teams.
* Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and innovative team culture.
** What You Bring
*** A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems—or equivalent experience.
* 6+ years of software development experience.
* Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
* Solid understanding of database fundamentals, SQL, and relational/non-relational data models.
* Expertise in Python (Java is a plus).
* Experience with big data platforms (Snowflake preferred).
* Familiarity with Agile development, version control (Git, Bitbucket), and CI/CD pipelines.
* Knowledge of containerized environments (Snowpark preferred; Docker is a plus).
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
* Experience with cloud technologies (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP also welcome).
* Understanding of data workflows (Airflow, Snowflake streams/tasks) and distributed systems.
* Unix command line and Bash scripting skills are a plus.

Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.
** The annual salary range for this position is $113K - $182,850. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
