As a Product Designer, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end user experience of Predicate’s primary applications. You will deeply understand customer needs, usage patterns, and pain points, translating these insights into intuitive and impactful designs. Your designs will guide our engineering team in building user-centric, high-quality applications. This is a highly collaborative role where your decisions directly impact how customers interact with Predicate.

• Own the end-to-end user experience design process for Predicate user interfaces
• Create high-quality wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate designs effectively
• Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure design concepts are reasonable and effectively implemented
• Continuously iterate based on feedback, usage analytics, and market trends

• 2+ years designing and shipping digital products
• Proven ability to independently take designs from concept to production
• Ability to consistently communicate clearly and concisely regarding design strategy
