We’ve recently backed a fast-growing mission driven product in the self-directed health space. The app is gaining substantial traction as more people seek genuine control over their wellness routines, moving beyond the noise of trends and misinformation. The founding team brings deep experience from successful exits in social platforms, music tech, and health e-commerce. It’s a massive market, currently valued at 177 billion dollars and growing at a rate of 9 percent annually.

Role Overview

We are seeking a growth-focused Senior Product Manager with e-commerce experience to as our first product hire beyond the Head of Product. As the growth PM, you'll own and optimize our acquisition and onboarding experiences, drive user growth, activation and retention, and pioneer 0-to-1 features starting with our members-only marketplace.

Reporting directly to our Head of Product, you’re a growth specialist with an e-comm/marketplace background who can think holistically across our entire user experience on both mobile and web. You'll drive ambitious testing roadmaps to optimize key funnels, while also owning large strategic projects from research through ideation to launch and iterations across the product.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the product and own the growth engine at an early-stage company with exceptional traction and momentum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Growth Strategy & Execution: Own the growth roadmap and drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization through systematic experimentation, funnel optimization, and product improvements across the entire user journey
  • Marketplace & Commerce: Lead product development for our members-only marketplace including discovery, conversion, checkout, and post-purchase experience - building a seamless commerce engine that drives revenue while serving user needs
  • Experimentation & Optimization: Design and run rigorous A/B tests and experiments to optimize conversion at every stage of the funnel, from onboarding through purchase and retention - building a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration
  • Subscription & Monetization: Optimize our consumer subscription product to drive conversion, reduce churn, and maximize lifetime value through pricing strategies, paywalls, value communication, and retention initiatives
  • AI Product Development: Drive strategy and execution for AI-powered features including SuppIQ (our supplement guidance chatbot), agentic buying experiences, and identifying opportunities to use AI to unlock new front doors, improve personalization, discovery, and user guidance throughout the product
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Define KPIs and success metrics for growth initiatives, build dashboards to track performance, deeply analyze user behavior and cohort data, and translate insights into high-impact product opportunities
  • User Research & Insights: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user motivation, friction points, and decision‑making throughout their journey - using insights to inform growth hypotheses and product strategy
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations to ship high-quality features rapidly while maintaining strong alignment on priorities and tradeoffs
  • Full Product Ownership: Beyond growth, take end-to-end ownership of strategic initiatives across the product based on business priorities
