As an Associate Consultant at IBM, you will help IBM clients solve some of their most challenging business problems, capitalize on market opportunities, and understand leading technologies and their impact on traditional business processes.

• Learning and adopting consulting skills and business knowledge to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment.
• Translating client's business needs into business requirements and participating in the production of solutions to drive business value.
• Working with clients to refine or design their business strategy while working in an agile collaborative environment.

Bachelor's Degree

• Ability to understand clients’ needs and challenges, applying a creative and logical approach to identify solutions.
• Exceptional quantitative and qualitative analysis skills and ability to derive recommendations informed by data and insights and experience mapping capabilities.
• Powerful communication and storytelling skills, with an ability to communicate complex situations clearly and simply.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment, building direct working relationships across all levels of IBM and client teams.
• Openness to assist clients in the design, business architect, process development, functional implementation, and support of applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 100%.
