Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join their Global Infrastructure team in a fast-paced, agile environment. In this role, you will support internal teams and manage the network and security infrastructure across multiple venue properties, cloud platforms, and a diverse set of networking technologies. WhatYou’ll Do
Design, develop, build, and maintain network architecture for a multi‑tenant, enterprise environment serving both corporate and customer‑facing operations.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to automate infrastructure provisioning and routine tasks.
Lead projects improving network performance — including upgrades to network equipment, codebases, and server/application software.
Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure peak performance of the production environment.
Build and maintain a network automation platform, as well as cloud‑ and server‑based compute platforms utilizing virtualization, Kubernetes, and containers.
Maintain and evolve an AWS‑based cloud networking environment.
Monitor network health across all properties, proactively identify potential issues, and propose solutions.
Participate in regular network operations and be available for on‑call rotation when needed.
Drive continuous innovation and process improvements — seek out new technologies and implement improvements where possible.
7+ years of hands‑on experience deploying and managing enterprise‑scale networks.
Strong understanding of core networking concepts — including Layer 2 and 3 routing protocols, multi‑site VPN, enterprise WiFi, and cloud networking typical of large WAN architectures.
Experience in hosted services environments: networks, hardware, software, and telecommunications.
Hands‑on experience with Juniper JunOS (SRX, EX, QFX platforms);
Cisco IOS and ASA experience is a plus.Familiarity with modern WiFi standards (802.11ax/802.11be) and operational management of WiFi networks.
Proficiency in multicast protocols (e.g. IGMP, PIM) and in wide‑area networking technologies such as SD‑WAN, MPLS, VPLS, and site‑to‑site VPN tunnels.
Experience using network automation and monitoring tools (for example, building/maintaining automation platforms with Ansible).
Background in troubleshooting wireless networks, knowledge of IEEE 802.11 standards, RADIUS and AAA accounting.
Hands‑on experience with Linux server environments (RHEL preferred).
Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and systematic testing.
Solid foundation in WAN architecture, network security, system design, and virtualized environments (e.g. KVM).
A passion for system optimization and building scalable network solutions.
Familiarity with issue tracking systems (e.g. Jira) and comfort with flexible responsibilities in a dynamic organization.
