I am hiring SRE, Dev Ops, Infra, Platform, Systems and Backend Engineers for several elite AI driven startups and scale ups, including Endex, Athena Intelligence, Haize Labs, Decagon, Sea
12, Blacksmith, Run Sybil and Gov Signals. These teams are small, technical and fast moving. You will own core systems that support AI agents, financial research engines, security platforms, low latency services and large scale compute environments. If you want high ownership in an onsite setting and love building serious infrastructure, this is for you.

• Build resilient backend services and internal platforms in Python, Go, Rust or Type Script
• Design, scale and operate cloud environments on AWS, GCP or Azure
• Manage Kubernetes, multi cluster workloads and infra as code with Terraform
• Create production grade CI and CD pipelines and level up Dev Ex across engineering
• Build and run data pipelines, search systems and high performance AI infra including RAG, LLM orchestration and evaluation tooling
• Implement observability using Open Telemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK and Datadog
• Improve reliability and performance across distributed systems focusing on p95 and p99 latency
• Strengthen security and harden services for customer facing deployments

• Five plus years building and operating backend or infrastructure systems
• Strong cloud, container and distributed systems knowledge
• Comfortable with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform and modern CI and CD
• Skilled in at least one backend language such as Python, Go, Rust or Type Script
• Experience with Postgres, Redis or similar data stores
• Practical, hands on problem solving in small, senior teams
• Bonus points for AI infra, edge runtimes, bare metal systems, security or early stage startup exposure

• Work directly with founders and senior engineers from Palantir, OpenAI, Meta, Cockroach Labs, Citadel, Datadog and others
• Build real AI and infra products, not shallow wrappers
• High impact, high ownership and huge technical growth
