Engage directly with the largest and most complex enterprises, advising them throughout digital transformation. Translate customer requirements into implementation plans, gather business and regulatory requirements, design configuration, data mapping, test plans, and user training, and ensure solutions integrate Box with core systems such as Guidewire, Salesforce, nCino, and Temenos.

You are a customer advocate driven to help others succeed, a persuasive professional who builds trusted relationships, and a detail‑focused partner who can advise customers on strategy and coordinate across multiple teams.

• 4+ years in software implementation or consulting.
• At least 4+ years in SaaS industry.
• Led multiple complex projects or initiatives simultaneously while maintaining laser focus on detail.
• Excellent multitasker thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experienced in customer‑facing presentations with senior leaders.
• Experience working with banking and insurance clients to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into system configurations, data mappings, test plans, user training, and internal controls.
• Deep understanding of key industry processes such as loan origination, underwriting, claims management, policy servicing, customer onboarding, and regulatory reporting.
• Proven ability to design and implement solutions that integrate Box with core systems to streamline collaboration, document automation, and compliance.
• Hands‑on experience applying AI or machine learning in financial services such as intelligent document processing, risk insights, or workflow automation to improve speed, accuracy, and decision‑making.

United States Pay Range
$114,500 – $143,000 USD
