About the Opportunity

A high-growth technology company, PE-backed business, or data-driven enterprise is seeking a Business Intelligence professional to transform raw data into insights that influence strategy, financial planning, and operational execution
.

You will partner closely with Finance, Strategy, Revenue, and Product leadership.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day Data Analysis & Insight Generation

Analyze large datasets to identify trends in revenue, customer behavior, and performance.

Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for executives.

Support forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.

Design and maintain executive-level dashboards.

Define and standardize KPIs across the organization.

Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency.

Strategic Decision Support

Partner with Finance and Strategy teams on pricing, headcount planning, and capital allocation.

Support M&A analysis and post‑acquisition reporting.

Provide ad‑hoc analyses for leadership and board meetings.

Tools & Infrastructure

Work with data engineering teams to improve data pipelines.

Leverage SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and spreadsheets.

Introduce automation and best practices in reporting.

Ideal Candidate Profile Technical Skills

Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).

Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.

Python or R a plus.

Experience

3–7 years in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Finance, or Strategy.

Experience in high‑growth, tech, or PE‑backed environments preferred.

Comfortable presenting insights to senior leadership.

Personality & Mindset

Detail‑oriented with executive‑level communication skills.
