Job DescriptionAbout the Position
This key role within People Inc.'s Lifestyle vertical is focused on analysis of all campaign performance data signals. The analyst works directly with Sales, Account Strategy, and Marketing leaders to build data‑driven campaign recommendations, insights, and collateral that highlight holistic data success stories.

Hybrid in‑office role with the ability to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
About the Team
The Campaign Analytics team is a vertically aligned function that supports advertiser revenue and People Inc. campaign best practices. The team focuses on all People Inc. campaign performance data signals to deliver actionable insights.
Responsibilities- Leadership & Strategy (40%) – Lead the analytics strategy for the Lifestyle vertical, partnering with Sales, Account Strategy, and Marketing to create client deliverables. Define analytic and reporting capabilities, devise insight solutions, and develop packaging for the market. Manage data sources and work with the Bangalore analytics support team to scale initiatives. Potentially manage one to two direct reports.
- Ad Hoc Performance Analysis (30%) – Develop custom analyses for Lifestyle sub‑categories and ad products to communicate performance insights to clients, support revenue growth, and create internal case studies. Act as subject‑matter expert on verticals and ad products, convert research findings into actionable media insights, and support content strategy teams with analysis.
- Team Management (30%) – Lead vertical‑specific analytics projects from development to execution, partner with other managers, drive the vision and roadmap of the department, and serve as the first escalation point for client and business issues. Balance team deadlines, foster collaboration, and drive revenue impact.
- Education – BA or BS in a related field (preferred).
- Experience – Minimum 4+ years in digital media analytics or a similar role within advertising, media, marketing, or ad tech. Previous direct management experience is preferred but not required.
- Skills & Knowledge – Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and data flows; excellent analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables). Experience with Looker, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar visualization tools. Presentation skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences. Experience with campaign data systems (GAM, DCM, Google Analytics, Double Verify, Nielsen, Lucid, InMarket) and effectiveness research solutions.

Pay Range
New York: $85,000.00 – $. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance. The range is one component of the total compensation package.
