What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-implementation
  • Manage the subscription renewal pipeline and monitor customer health to enhance adoption and value
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure a customer-focused engagement process
  • Develop strong relationships with key customer personnel to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Conduct regular meetings with customers and cross-functional teams to address issues and promote adoption
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Expert knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Strong understanding of cloud, hybrid, and on-premise IT architectures
  • Extensive experience in customer success or account management for complex software implementations
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and navigate challenges to achieve positive outcomes
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed (up to 50%)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Background in cybersecurity and/or compliance
  • Previous experience in a customer success role within a SaaS organization
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and decision-making
