Role Description
AI Researchers are responsible for developing groundbreaking foundation models to push the frontiers of global systematic trading.
Working alongside a senior ML researcher within the firm's AI Research Lab, you'll have the freedom to explore independent ideas, collaborate with researchers from diverse backgrounds and directly impact the firm's most profitable trading strategies.
This role is ideal for researchers with LLM, Gen AI or deep learning experience from top tech environments who want to contribute to foundation-model development at a globally iconic systematic trading firm.
Ideal Candidate
- 4-7+ Years of industry research experience
- PhD or equivalent research experience in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, or related fields.
- Strong research track record (publications at NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, JMLR or impactful open-source contributions).
