Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights and support business decisions. Model data solutions for high performance and reliability. Work extensively with Python for data processing and automation. Develop and optimize SQL queries for Postgres, SQL Server, or MySQL databases. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all data solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and articulate business problems to drive technical solutions. Take ownership and lead conversations as needed. Quickly understand requirements and translate them to prototypes and then implementation.

- Develop and optimize SQL queries for Postgres, SQL Server, or MySQL databases.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all data solutions.

- Good proficiency in Python.
- Strong experience with relational databases:
Postgres, SQL Server, or MySQL. - Expertise in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing database performance.
- Knowledge of data governance and best practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in SAFe Agile model.
- Experience with Dev Ops concepts:
Docker, CI/CD. - API development using FastAPI or Django.
- Ability to quickly prototype and implement solutions.
