** Job Summary
** Service Now Engineer who participate in the designing, developing, and supporting of Service Now solutions. Ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate across departments and lines of business.

** Essential Functions
*** Design, configure, and implement Service Now modules and workflows, including both out-of-box and custom-built applications.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Develop and maintain integrations between Service Now and other enterprise systems.
* Ensure compliance with best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Service Now applications.
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all changes and configurations.
* Participate in Agile development processes.
* Support upgrades patches and new releases of the Service Now Platform
** Education
* ** Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
* OR equivalent experience (required)
** Skills
* ** Basic Understanding of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
* Working Knowledge of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
* Basic Understanding of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
* Basic Understanding of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
* Basic Understanding of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, application or operation.
* Working Knowledge of the features and facilities of systems; ability to integrate and communicate among applications, databases and technology platforms.
* Basic Understanding of availability management; ability to utilize strategies and tools to ensure the timely availability of business data and applications.
* Working Knowledge of agile methodologies and the agile development lifecycle; ability to utilize formal agile methodologies, disciplines, practices and techniques for the delivery of new and enhanced applications.
* Basic Understanding of Information Technology (IT) systems; ability to utilize a variety of system tools, guarantee service availability, and ensure optimal IT system performance.
* Working Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) standards and policies; ability to utilize a variety of administrative skill sets and technical knowledge to manage organizational IT policies, standards, and procedures.
* Basic Understanding of emerging technologies; ability to design, apply and evaluate new information technologies for business environments.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $61,000.00 - $94,000.00 annually.
